We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented Sales Support Coordinator Manager to lead the Sales Support Coordinator team in our Mexico City office and to act as a working contributor on data, reporting, and analytics for the Sales and Leadership teams.

The position combines people leadership with direct individual contribution. The Manager is accountable for the performance, quality, and development of the team, including the Sales Support Coordinator Lead, while retaining ownership of a meaningful share of the data and reporting delivered to Sales and Leadership, using tools such as Alteryx, advanced Excel, and Salesforce. The role is well suited to an experienced professional who values structure and process discipline, develops others, and can translate complex data into clear insight, with strong expectations for accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.

In this opportunity as a Sales Support Coordinator Manager, you will lead the team by:
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Support Coordinators, with the Sales Support Coordinator Lead reporting directly to you.
• Owning workload planning and prioritization across the team, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of all support activities.
• Acting as the senior point of contact for Sales and Leadership on support needs, clarifying requirements and setting expectations on scope and turnaround.
• Setting performance expectations and running regular one to one meetings, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
• Leading hiring, onboarding, and training for the team, and building the documentation and playbooks that make onboarding repeatable.
