Legal Head, Mexico and Latam Distributors





What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will lead the legal function for Amgen Mexico and distributor markets, serve as a trusted legal advisor to the Mexico General Manager, affiliate leadership and functional teams. Provide practical, risk-based counsel that enables sound business decisions and compliant execution across affiliate’s commercial, medical, market access, regulatory and operational activities and provide oversight for matters across Distributor LATAM markets. Translate regional and general Legal strategy, standards and expertise into effective local support, while bringing Mexico’s legal and business context back to the broader Legal organization. Lead the effective deployment of internal Legal resources and external counsel on Mexico and distributor-related matters across designated LATAM markets.
