Sanctions and Export Controls Compliance, the Manager will assist with the design, execution, and oversight of Mastercard's integral sanctions compliance frameworks to ensure the enterprise meets international regulatory, operational, and financial crimes risk obligations.
Role
• Support the enhancement of sanctions compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with evolving business activities, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of sanctions compliance training, awareness initiatives, and communications across the enterprise.
• Oversee the execution of sanctions screening processes for customers, third parties, and employees, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of sanctions-related matters, including the triage of inquiries and escalations, assessment of potent
