About the role:
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to translate category / channel plans into regional, customer and cycle execution plans that Sales, Activation and Key Account teams can implement with clarity. The role owns the commercial calendar, cycle planning discipline, activity planning, execution readiness and commercial building blocks that connect E2E Planning to IBP and field execution.
This role exists to close the gap between strategy and execution. It ensures that commercial choices become clear plans, investment is sequenced properly, innovation and activities are execution-ready, and learnings from performance are fed back into the planning cycle.
