The Community Manager — Sports & Entertainment is responsible for managing, engaging, and growing Rushbet's online communities across social media platforms in México. The role shapes the brand's tone and daily presence within the sports, entertainment, and online gaming categories, ensuring content is dynamic, authentic, aligned with marketing objectives, and compliant with the regulations of a licensed betting brand. The position sits within the Brand & Content team and works closely with copywriters, designers, the talent/creator team, paid media, and the creative team.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute social media and community strategies tailored to Mexican sports and entertainment audiences.





• Manage the brand's daily social media presence (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads), promoting interaction and audience growth.

• Create, curate, and schedule relevant and engaging content that reflects the brand's identity and tone, executing the content calendar in coordination with the Brand & Content team.

• Monitor and participate in real time in conversations around sports, entertainment, and gaming — match days, trending moments, and fan culture — identifying opportunities to engage.

• Act as the authentic voice of the brand, ensuring consistent communication across all digital touchpoints and adapting tone to Mexican sports and internet culture.

• Collaborate with Design, Content, Paid Media, and Brand teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize impact, following the team's creative approval workflows.
