PHRS Hospitality Experts is recruiting a strategic and analytical Director of Revenue Management for an exclusive luxury hospitality property in Los Cabos, Mexico.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced revenue management professional capable of optimizing commercial performance, driving profitability and working closely with senior leadership and ownership.

High-potential Assistant Directors of Revenue Management who are ready to advance into a Director-level position are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the property's revenue management strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop and implement pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning and business performance.
- Analyze demand patterns and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align commercial strategies.
- Prepare and present revenue forecasts, performance reports and strategic recommendations.




- Work directly with property ownership and senior leadership on revenue performance and business objectives.
- Optimize group pricing, segmentation and total revenue opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience as a Director of Revenue Management, or a strong track record as an Assistant Director of Revenue Management with high leadership potential.
- Previous experience within luxury hotels or international luxury hospitality brands.
- Experience communicating and collaborating directly with hotel owners.
- Strong analytical, forecasting and commercial decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of hotel revenue management systems and distribution platforms.
- Familiarity with Marriott revenue management tools and systems is highly valued, including OYE, GPO, GPA, MiNT, MARSHA and related platforms.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
