Responsible for leading Inventory Control and Finished Product operations to ensure inventory accuracy, product availability, on-time customer fulfillment, and efficient production scheduling.



This role manages demand signals, inventory optimization, allocation strategies, and cross-functional coordination between Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Inventory Control and Finished Product teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
• Manage demand signals and forecasts within Oracle ERP to support customer requirements and production planning.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and supply constraints, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and improve service levels.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies to optimize working capital while maintaining product availability.
• Evaluate and communicate capacity, inventory, and demand constraints to stakeholders.
