We are looking for a Especialista Jr de Proyectos to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is idóneo for a proactive, organized, detail-oriented individual who understands how to provide support in the day-to-day management of activities and projects within the Operations Strategy area, including project planning and tracking activities, owners, and target dates; coordinating meetings and communications with internal GAM teams, vendors, and other stakeholders; managing documentation and logistics; and providing on-site support during operational implementations. This role also involves tracking tickets, JIRA reports, and requests, escalating pending matters, documenting processes, meeting minutes, agreements, and progress, analyzing project information to prepare reports on progress, risks, pending items, and basic indicators, and supporting the adoption of new technology tools and user training.

Educational requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience

- Two years of experience in aviation operations is desirable.
- Experience or ability to support project planning and follow-up, including tracking activities, owners, and target dates.




- Ability to coordinate meetings, communications, and logistics with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to track tickets, JIRA reports, and requests, identifying and escalating pending matters in a timely manner.
- Experience or ability to document processes, meeting minutes, agreements, and project progress, as well as provide on-site support during operational implementations.

Skills to succeed:

- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Effective time management and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to prepare reports on project progress, risks, pending items, and basic indicators.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technology tools and support user training for successful adoption.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry.
- Leadership skills.
