Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Engineer role based in Juárez, CHH. The Manufacturing Engineer will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and safety in the production of control solutions and related components. Daily responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, developing work instructions, supporting machining and assembly operations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams in engineering, quality,



and operations. The role also involves troubleshooting manufacturing issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and policies on the shop floor.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and practical experience in Manufacturing Engineering. Background in Industrial Engineering, focusing on efficiency, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement. Foundation in Mechanical Engineering for understanding product design, materials, and production methods. Hands-on familiarity with Machining operations and related equipment in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and data-driven problem solving. Ability to read technical drawings, use basic CAD tools, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
