Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Support: Test, validate, and support new ERP modules (MRI Software) before and after go-live; resolve daily user issues.Integrations & Data Integrity: Monitor platform integrations, trace errors to the source, run data quality checks, and execute data cleanups/reconciliations.Data Analysis & Reporting: Use basic SQL and Advanced Excel to extract data, build business reports, and answer operational questions.Documentation & Change Control: Log all system configuration changes, write clear SOPs, and maintain user training guides.Requirements:Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing ERP systems (MRI Software preferred; SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Epicor acceptable).
Technical Skills: Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE), Advanced Excel, and familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for daily workflow optimization.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of accounting/finance, commercial real estate, or construction processes is a strong plus.Communication: Professional business English (written and spoken) with exceptional structured writing skills for SOPs.Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in documenting processes and validating data.
