ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend.MUST HAVESLeadership Experience: Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead, with a track record of motivating teams and mentoring junior developers.Core Stack: Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, with at least 6 years of experience.Streaming & Messaging: Hands-on experience with Kafka.Design Fundamentals: A strong grasp of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD), software design patterns, and architectural pattern awareness.Domain-Driven Design: Deep understanding and practical experience with strong domain bounded contexts.API Knowledge: Deep experience building and consuming RESTful services with a clear understanding of standard API protocols.Database Skills: Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.The "Backend-Heavy" Mindset: A passion for server-side logic, performance, and architecture, coupled with good engineering practices.NICE TO HAVESHighly desirable: Experience working with spec-driven development or related (AI-Driven Software Development Life Cycle).
Domain Experience: Previous experience in the Loyalty or Fintech sectors.Cloud & Infra: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
