Flex Guadalajara is seeking a Process Engineer to supervise SMT processes and lead a technical team in meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will optimize process programs, set up machine configurations, and develop work instructions.You should have a degree in engineering and hands-on SMT experience, with knowledge of SPI, stencil printing, pick-and-place, and reflow, plus lean and Kaizen experience to drive continuous improvement.
