Your profile and competencies to succeed
- The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimumeducation level: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Industrial Relations.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years into Faurecia Human Resources processes.
- - Knowledge in recruitment and selection process, Performance review, events organization, Job descriptions, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Labor Law.
- - Personnel Services administration.
- - Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
- - Ability to build and manage a budget.
- - Application of competencies interviews.
- - Advanced English required.
