Your Role
- Collect, validate, and maintain substance and material-related data to support sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance activities.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality control checks to improve data accuracy and consistency across reports and databases.
- Create and update recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for business and management stakeholders.
- Support investigations related to material compliance, substance tracking, and data requests from internal teams.
- Assist with SharePoint organization, documentation management,



and process improvement initiatives using Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools.

Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business analytics, or data management roles.
- Knowledge of sustainability, regulatory compliance, and material management concepts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, data validation, and basic Power Query.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Excel.
- Knowledge of data cleansing, data validation, and data quality best practices.
- Advanced English communication skills.
