Accounts Payable Manager (North America)
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead Accounts Payable operations acrossNorthAmerica. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely supplier payments, maintaining strong financial controls, optimizing working capital, and driving process standardization and continuous improvement in a high-volume, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for North America.
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, supplier balances, and payment activities.
- Oversee invoice validation, PO matching, and supplier account reconciliations.
- Support cash flow planning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
- Drive compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
- Partner with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, Operations, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a large team




- Champion automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Adecuado Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English required.
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance within multinational organizations.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams (at least 30 employees- mandatory)
- Experience in manufacturing or global business services environments
- Hands-on knowledge ofSAP or other ERP systems, advanced Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
