Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus
The Program Management Manager role involves… responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like:
Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.
Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.
Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.
Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.
Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L; projections

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.




Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry
BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
Focused on NPI's
Knowledge in the electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering)
Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)
P&L; administration & Quotations
Microsoft Office
Experience with CFT
Experience with demanding clients
Customer Service experience
Project Management experience
People management
MBA & PMP certification is also a plus
PMP certification)
