We are looking for an experienced General FX Support Analyst to join the team in Mexico. The successful candidate will provide a global follow-the-sun L2 production support service for in-house and vendor FX Trading applications supporting the regional and global FX business.
The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, FX business knowledge and production support experience. You will work closely with Trading, Technology, Infrastructure, external vendors and other stakeholders to ensure the stability, availability and performance of critical FX trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for FX e-Trading and Distribution systems, ensuring incidents are investigated, managed and resolved effectively.
- Manage, maintain and support business-critical applications and their operating environments.
- Perform start-of-day checks, continuous monitoring and regional handovers as part of the global follow-the-sun support model.
- Deliver application support, maintenance and testing through Agile methodologies, working within squad-based teams.




- Track outstanding production issues and coordinate with appropriate technology, business and vendor teams through to resolution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external clients and third-party vendors.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and automate repetitive or manual support activities.
- Provide support for Liquidity Providers, pricing engines and aggregation platforms.
- Coordinate and provide support for vendor and third-party FX applications.
- Perform client onboarding onto eCommerce / FX platforms, including conformance testing and monitoring of client connections.
- Work with Network teams on SSL configuration/licensing and certificate renewals.
- Work closely with UNIX/Linux, Database, Network, Market Data, Infrastructure and Firewall teams during outages and code/infrastructure changes.
- Use strong FIX protocol knowledge to troubleshoot electronic trading conn
