The idóneo candidate will own the commercial results of an established industrial components manufacturer serving HVAC&R; and automotive OEMs in Mexico and the United States. This role will turn the company's engineering and manufacturing strength into profitable, multi-year OEM programs and build a commercial plan the operation can execute. We are looking for a commercial leader with strong pricing discipline who can keep plants loaded with profitable, on-time business. Responsibilities Grow profitable OEM revenue in Mexico and the U. S. by winning copper and aluminum assembly programs Protect and expand key accounts, and win and renew multi-year supply programs Set pricing and contract terms that hold target margins through copper and aluminum cost movement Build a 12–24 month demand plan with operations to align capacity, inventory, and delivery with OEM schedules Lead sales, key-account,



and pricing teams with a reliable forecast and a well-managed pipeline Manage the commercial budget and customer commitments within approved margin and capacity limits Identify selective growth opportunities in adjacent HVAC&R; and automotive applications Qualifications Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA (a plus) Proven ownership of OEM revenue and margin in industrial components, ideally in HVAC&R;, automotive, or metals fabrication Track record of winning and renewing multi-year supply programs with major manufacturers in Mexico and/or the U. S. Strong knowledge of metal-intensive pricing, cost pass-through, S&OP;, and pipeline management Business-level English and willingness to travel regularly #J-18808-Ljbffr
