Key Responsibilities & Evaluation Strategy & Monthly Reporting: Presenting metric reports on monthly digital performance (design, ad performance analysis, post effectiveness) along with the planning and goals for the following month. Community Growth: Executing effective strategies to increase organic followers and engagement on Instagram and Facebook. Visual Quality: Producing professional photography and high-impact design tailored to our target market. Desired Profile (Requirements) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design,



Communication, Marketing, or related fields (preferably from universities with a strong focus on business and public relations). Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ambitious, proactive, and resilient profile who understands the value of "building from the ground up" and seeks to grow alongside the company. Executive Presence: Excellent presentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to seamlessly interact within a medium-high / premium socioeconomic professional environment. Language: Professional working proficiency in English. Technical Skills Mastery of design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.). Professional photography (camera handling, lighting, and editing).
