The Role
We are building a general mobility practice for clients who move across borders. As our Immigration Associate in Mexico, you will lead Mexican immigration matters end to end and work with our teams on multi-jurisdiction mandates for corporates, investors, and families.
What You’ll Do
• Advise on Mexican temporary and permanent residency, work authorisation, and employer registration before the INM
• Structure visa strategy for executives, investors, remote workers, and family members relocating to Mexico
• Prepare, file, and track applications; manage consular and INM appointments
• Coordinate with colleagues on cross-border matters involving the US, UK, EU, Canada, and the Gulf
• Keep clients and internal teams current on regulatory and procedural changes

What You Bring




• Licenciatura en Derecho with cédula profesional
• 1-3 years of Mexican immigration practice, at a firm, in-house, or with a mobility provider preferred
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Precision, discretion, and comfort working with an international team across time zones
• Corporate mobility, investor residency, or naturalisation experience is a plus
