We are looking for a Senior Acumatica ERP Specialist to support and enhance our highly customized, multi-entity, multi-currency on-premises Acumatica environment. You will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders, delivering ERP customizations, integrations, upgrades, and system improvements while owning projects end-to-end.

The adecuado candidate has strong Acumatica ERP expertise, experience with customizations, integrations, and business processes, and can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting is highly valued.

WHAT YOU'LL DO




• User support & operations. Own second-line support for Acumatica users: troubleshoot and resolve functional, data and technical issues, manage the Acumatica helpdesk queue, and drive root-cause fixes rather than repeat workarounds.
• Customization & development. Design, build, test and deploy Acumatica customizations across the full spectrum, from Generic Inquiries and reports to complex C# customization projects built on the Acumatica Framework.
• Integrations. Build and maintain integrations between Acumatica and other internal systems (data warehouse, CRM, P2P and others) using the Acumatica REST API and Workato, our integration platform.
• Upgrades & platform lifecycle. Plan and execute the annual version upgrade of our on-premises Acumatica instance: refactoring customizations, regression testing, UAT, go-live planning and post-upgrade stabilization.
• Solution design & stakeholder partnership.
