Obtaining a traineeship at Kennedys will be the start of an exciting and successful career in a integral law firm. Throughout the course of the traineeship, you will be supported by lawyers and partners to develop you into a competent, confident and commercially driven lawyer.
As part of our team, you will be involved in assisting with cases of varying complexity and related to different industries, including regulatory issues, drafting and registration of insurance companies and products, financing transactions, company formation, registration and maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions and corporate and commercial advisory, among others.
TEAM
Our Mexico City office is well known for providing specialist insurance law services to local and international insurers and reinsurers, with expert advice based on a deep understanding of the Mexican insurance market. However, we also serve different industries not only in insurance related matters, but also handling matters regarding regulatory, corporate & commercial law.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for a training contract in Mexico for the Corporate and Commercial area, candidates must have completed:
At least 6th semester of their undergraduate degree in Law
Be fluent in Spanish and English
Preferable 1 year of work experience
Be in the top five of the class or have at least an 8.5 GPA
