Education & Experience
· Technical degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in IT or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT operations
· Manufacturing or 24/7 operations experience preferred
· English language: Basic to intermediate (reading and basic communication)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
· Experience in IT technical support or helpdesk roles
· Strong knowledge of:
o Windows OS
o Microsoft Office / Microsoft
o Basic hardware troubleshooting
· Basic understanding of:
o Active Directory
o Networking concepts (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
· Familiarity with ticketing systems
