We are seeking a Senior AI Solution Engineer to build scalable AI solutions that combine agentic and generative approaches with ML rigor to automate workflows and accelerate decision-making. You will design, ship, and operate production-grade AI systems in close collaboration with partners across engineering and analytics. Responsibilities Design scalable AI solutions that blend generative AI capabilities with ML-driven precision Build and deploy AI agents that automate workflows and support enterprise decision-making Develop RAG pipelines that ground model outputs in trusted knowledge sources Implement AI services and APIs using Python within reliable production architectures Optimize prompt design and retrieval strategies to improve output quality and consistency Evaluate models and system performance and drive continuous improvement cycles Integrate AI components into production environments with security, observability, and governance in mind Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements, validate outcomes, and deliver iteratively Requirements3+ years of experience building AI solutions with Python and modern ML tooling Hands-on experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows Proven experience delivering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions Strong ownership skills to drive delivery in a cross-functional environment Production engineering skills for reliability, security,
