At Molex, we are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who is passionate about manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving. This role will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, new product introductions, and operational excellence initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

What You Will Do

• Support manufacturing process development and implementation for new product launches and production ramp-ups • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.• Participate in process validations, pilot builds, and manufacturing readiness activities • Collaborate with Design, Quality, Tooling, and Production teams to identify process improvements and resolve manufacturing challenges.• Support PFMEA reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.• Maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process routings, and BOM accuracy.• Contribute to initiatives focused on scrap reduction, process optimization, and operational efficiency.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or New Product Introduction (NPI).• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, Kanban, TPM, or Root Cause Analysis.• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in electronics, automotive, connectors, cable assemblies, or similar industries.• Familiarity with PFMEA, process validation, line balancing, scrap reduction, yield improvement,



or productivity projects.• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate across multiple functions.• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
