Responsibilities
Oversee assigned personnel and monitor customer interactions within operating room settings
Capture incident reports in system and evaluate team performance metrics
Manage equipment, materials, and supplies inventory; report malfunctions
Develop and implement continuous improvement action plans for service delivery
Train technical staff on equipment features and ensure timely report delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, completed
Minimum 3 years personnel management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction experience
Basic IT proficiency: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
ISO ****:**** quality management system knowledge
Leadership, crisis management, emotional intelligence, financial management capabilities
Valid driver's license with minimum 3 years driving experience on highways
