Field-based medical professional engaged in peer-to-peer scientific communication with oncology experts and key decision-makers. Responsible for maintaining therapeutic area expertise, gathering field insights, and supporting internal medical strategy and evidence generation activities.
Responsibilities
Conduct non-promotional peer-to-peer medical and scientific exchanges with scientific leaders and key decision makers
Gather, synthesize, and communicate field medical insights including unmet needs and treatment patterns to inform strategy
Develop and maintain scientific leader engagement plans and represent medical affairs at external events
Support identification of study investigators and local data generation opportunities
Build and maintain expertise in assigned disease area, products,



and therapeutic indications
Requirements
Medical Doctor, Specialist, Pharmacist, Biologist, or related biomedical degree with valid professional license
Minimum 1.5 years oncology field medical experience (MSL, Medical Advisor, or clinical liaison role)
Demonstrated ability to communicate and interpret oncology clinical data with healthcare professionals
Fluent English, written and spoken
Willingness to travel up to 35% in field-based role
Proven non-promotional, peer-to-peer scientific exchange capability
Strong pharmaceutical compliance and ethical standards knowledge
