Position: Pre-Production TranscriberWe are looking for3 English Transcribersto join a new project.
This project consists of recorded training courses.
The content is delivered inU.S. English and is highly technical, including electrical terminology, numbers, measurements, and references to electrical codes.
Because of the technical nature of the content,accuracy is extremely important, especially when transcribing numbers, measurements, and code references.
Responsibilities
- Listen carefully to recorded U.S. English lessons and create an accurate script.
- Transcribe dialogue directly from the video into our platform.
- Accurately capturenumbers, measurements, technical terms, and electrical code references.
- Identify speakers when required.
- Follow the client's transcription guidelines and our internal instructions.
- Review your work for accuracy before submitting it.
- Maintain consistency throughout the assigned content.
- Meet the expected daily volume and project deadlines.

Requirements
- Native or near-native English proficiency, with excellent listening comprehension.




- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong ability to accurately identify and transcribenumbers, figures, measurements, and technical references.
- Ability to understand U.S. English and technical terminology.
- Previous experience intranscription, subtitling, captioning, or similar workis highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Comfortable working with confidential client material.

Volume & Availability
- 89 videos
- Approximately1,010 total video minutes
- The volume will be distributed among approximately 4 transcribers.
- Approximately250 video minutes per transcriber
- Expected daily capacity:at least 22 video minutes per day
- Schedule:Monday–Friday
- Estimated duration: approximately12 business days
- Individual video length ranges from approximately1 to 56 minutes

RateUSD $1.50 per video minute
