Environmental Health & Safety Specialist - Health and SafetyAs the HSE & Facilities Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day HSE support for local site personnel – including resolving HSE observations, analyzing data and trends, and supporting manufacturing operations and projects as the SME on core HSE topics
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal HSE policies and standards.
- Leading incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence.
- Supporting audits, inspections, and performance reviews for the site
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and site personnel
- Support emergency preparedness programs, drills, and response planning activities

Fuel your passion - to be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment,



with experience supporting manufacturing operations and /or assembly maintenance-based teams
- Possess working knowledge of HSE management systems and industry standards, and Strong knowledge of Mexican NOMs and STPS/DC-3 documented training
- Have experience managing HSE programs, compliance initiatives, and risk management activities
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide operational leaders.
- Be fluent in Spanish and have an intermediate to advance English level
