Koch Companies is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to direct the High Power Cable and Harness Cable Assembly operations. You will own production plan attainment, labor and equipment utilization, and continuous improvement across all shifts.
You will collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to stabilize operations, improve process capability, and meet customer commitments. Strong leadership and Lean/Six Sigma experience are required.
