Descripción del trabajo - AI Automations and Data Specialist (Latin America)
Latin America (100% Remote) · Full-Time Independent Contractor · Up to $5000 USD/month

Imagine building the operating system behind a modern accounting firm. Every automation you launch saves hours. Every dashboard you improve drives smarter decisions. Every workflow you build makes hundreds of people more effective. That's this role.

01 ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll help shape the future of accounting by designing, building, and maintaining the automation and data infrastructure that powers our business. This isn't a support role—it's a builder role.

You’ll own critical reporting systems, AI-powered workflows, and business automations that touch every department. From Power BI dashboards and SQL pipelines to GPT- and Claude-powered solutions, you’ll continuously improve how teams work,

make decisions, and serve clients.

This is a full-time Independent Contractor role requiring exclusivity after hire.

If you love solving complex operational problems with technology—and get excited watching people actually use what you’ve built—you’ll thrive here.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You naturally think in systems, processes, and scalable solutions
- You enjoy building things from scratch—not simply maintaining existing tools
- You translate technical concepts into language anyone can understand
- You obsess over data quality, documentation, and long‑term maintainability
- You embrace AI as a practical business tool, not just an experiment
- You collaborate well across both technical and non-technical teams
- You constantly look for ways to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency

02 WHAT YOU’LL OWN
AI Automation and Workflow Development
Build the systems that eliminate repetitive
