Your Role
- - Lead production support operations for Data & Analytics platforms, ensuring stable operations, rapid incident resolution, SLA adherence, stakeholder communication, and effective coordination with offshore teams.

Your Profile
- - 7+ years of IT experience
- - Minimum 3+ years in Production/Application Support
- - Strong experience supporting Databricks, GCP, Airflow,



and data platforms in production environments
- - Experience managing client-facing support engagements
- - Experience leading offshore support teams
- - Independently manage and drive resolution of P1/P2 incidents
- - Perform RCA and coordinate permanent fixes
- - Interact directly with client stakeholders and business users
- - Lead coordination between onsite and offshore teams
- - Monitor production workloads and ensure SLA compliance
- - Drive problem management and recurring issue elimination
- - Support change and release management activities
- - Establish proactive monitoring and operational excellence practices
- - P1/P2 Incident Management
- - Airflow DAG failures impacting SLAs
- - Databricks job and cluster troubleshooting
- - GCP support operations (Composer, BigQuery, GCS, monitoring/alerting)
- - Client communication during outages and escalations
- - RCA presentation and closure ownership
