Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the production of parts to achieve the organization’s objectives through teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee development, within the framework of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and the Being Faurecia culture. The role also promotes environmental stewardship in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and C-TPAT standards applicable to production.




- Lead the company’s Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (QCDP) objectives and ensure that the areas under responsibility achieve their performance targets.
- Establish QCDP targets for each GAP under responsibility and implement improvement plans to achieve the desired results.
- Understand, interpret, and implement quality fundamentals within the assigned areas to prevent defective products from being delivered to customers.
- Configure DMC equipment within the assigned area.
- Ensure compliance with the 7 Employee Empowerment Basics (7 EE Basics) within the areas of responsibility.
- Implement and continuously improve standardized work within the assigned areas.
- Ensure strict adherence to 5S standards.
- Maintain communication with the UAP Manager, Production Supervisors from other shifts, and support functions to enable a transparent flow of information.
