About the role
The PTP Entry Associate – Payments is responsible for executing day-to-day payment activities accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal controls, banking requirements, and vendor agreements. This role supports the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process by processing vendor and employee payments, maintaining payment records, supporting reconciliations, and contributing to operational excellence within the Global Business Services (GBS) Finance organization.
Working closely with PTP Associates, Specialists, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure timely payment execution, minimize payment exceptions, and support Kerry's commitment to financial accuracy and compliance.Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor supplier payments across LATAM.
- Support payment processes while ensuring adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
- Perform bank reconciliations and payment-related activ
