Resolv Integral is seeking bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will be the main contact for patients and providers, handling inbound calls and outbound outreach, assisting with appointments and nonclinical questions with professionalism.
This role requires healthcare experience, the ability to follow scripts, and accurate documentation in EMR systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, remote from Mexico.
