Our client is looking for a Client Fulfillment & Support Representative (GoHighLevel) to own technical setups, launch Facebook ad campaigns using pre-built templates, and support clients via text, phone, and Zoom. Serving as the backbone of client success, you will deliver responsive customer care and manage smooth client onboarding for a fast-growing US-based company in the life insurance marketing sector. This full-time remote role is adecuado for a tech-savvy problem-solver who values initiative, reliability, and long-term growth opportunities.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Set up Facebook ad campaigns using provided copy, creative assets, and targeting instructions
- Build and configure GoHighLevel CRM workflows and automations by following step-by-step documentation
- Respond to client inquiries via text, phone, and email with professionalism and clarity
- Schedule and conduct Zoom calls with clients to walk through platform features or make minor adjustments
- Copy and paste pre-written content, automations, and templates into client accounts
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
- Provide ongoing customer support to clients enrolled in DIY and done-for-you programs
- Maintain organized records of client setups and communications
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy and comfort learning new platforms quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and functional computer hardware
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn Facebook Ads Manager and GoHighLevel CRM (training provided)
- Comfortable conducting Zoom calls and providing real-time support
- Availability to work full-time hours in alignment with the Eastern Time Zone
Nice to have
