We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Senior AI Engineer (MCP Connectors), building servers and connectors that securely link AI models with enterprise systems. You will receive client systems, understand their data and APIs, and come back with a plan to expose them to AI models in a safe and useful way, without daily supervision, in a startup-style environment with PostgreSQL and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and connectors that link LLMs with enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs, internal databases).





- Integrate OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs into production products.

- Define tools, schemas, and permissions so models can query and operate on business data securely.

- Evaluate new client systems and propose the AI integration architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of total career experience in software engineering.

- Has built at least one MCP server or connector that links AI models with enterprise systems.

- Senior-level proficiency in Python or TypeScript.

- Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs (tool use / function calling).

- Experience in software companies or startups.

- Advanced English.

Nice to Have

- Connectors built on Oracle or NetSuite (a big plus).

- PostgreSQL and AWS.

- Valid U.S. visa.
