Job Description

We're looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Juárez, Mexico. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.

- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Conduct comprehensive process analysis using advanced methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and supply chain to ensure seamless process execution and continuous enhancement
- Apply problem-solving techniques (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin) to investigate root causes and develop sustainable solutions for manufacturing challenges
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures that reflect best practices and regulatory requirements




- Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators, analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and support goal achievement
- Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance operational performance
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime
- Support new product launches by developing manufacturing strategies, production plans, and resource requirements aligned with customer specifications
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers to understand requirements, address concerns, and build collaborative relationships
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and manufacturing innovations to keep our processes competitive and forward-thinking
