Your day‐to‐day will include:Gather shipment details, create bookings,



and complete documentation/data entryCoordinate pickups and deliveries to keep cargo moving on schedulePrepare and issue required export documents (based on instructions provided)Communicate with customers and overseas offices to confirm requirements and keep everyone alignedTrack & trace shipments using daily reports; ensure bills of lading and pre‐alerts are issued on timeRequest/compare rates with carriers and truckers and support rate quotes to customers/overseas officesKeep shipment files organized and ensure billing is accurate and aligned with internal procedures(Training and support provided — you won't be expected to know everything on day one. )What you bringBachelor's degree in International Business or equivalent experienceAround 1 year in an administrative/clerical/coordinator role (internships count!)Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast‐paced environmentAdvanced English (written and spoken)ScheduleFull‐time | Mon–Fri07:00 AM – 04:00 PM or 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (CST)Perks & BenefitsOEC Group offers law benefits plus the following after completing a standard 90‐day probationary period:Major Medical InsuranceVacation daysPersonal daysFloating DayAnnual performance review + opportunity for salary adjustmentAnnual bonus (based on performance and company revenue)Monthly food vouchersHybrid work schemeInternal medical assistanceOEC Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
