Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP EWM Leads to join our team for an SAP EWM program in Mexico. The idóneo candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), with experience across implementation, configuration, integration, and production support.

The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse processes and integration with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, and PP, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP EWM implementation, configuration, integration, and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
- Configure and support EWM processes covering:
- Inbound operations
- Outbound operations
- Inventory management
- Warehouse operations
- Internal warehouse movements
- Work closely with SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, and PP teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead solution design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.




- Provide functional guidance and leadership to the EWM team.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional teams.
- Support workshops, requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure SAP EWM solutions align with business and warehouse operational requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong SAP EWM expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, integration, and support.
- Strong understanding of:
- Inbound and outbound processes
- Inventory and warehouse management
- Warehouse operations
- SAP EWM integration with S/4HANA
- SAP MM, SD, and PP integration
- Experience in manufacturing/plant environments is preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with onsite and remote teams.

Location Requirement

Candidates must be currently based in Mexico.

The role requires 2 weeks onsite in Mexico followed by 1 week remote.
