Data Entry & Payroll Verification SpecialistSchedule : M-F 8 AM - 5 PM CT – this is a remote positionRequired Skills & QualificationsOver 1+ year of experience in data-entry and computer skills.Experience with home-care software, payroll processing, billing, scheduling, healthcare administration, or similar data-management systems preferred.Conversational English B2+Ability to work accurately with large amounts of information.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter caregiver and client service data.Review and verify information across multiple systems.Compare caregiver timesheets to system records to ensure dates, times, hours,



and services are accurate.Identify discrepancies and correct or report them before payroll and billing processing.Ensure caregiver hours are used and allocated correctly.Monitor authorized client hours and identify overuse, underuse, incorrect allocation, or incorrect service entries.Make required adjustments before weekly processing deadlines.Review for missing punches, incorrect times, duplicate entries, and other inconsistencies.Communicate with supervisors and office personnel when clarification is needed.Maintain organized payroll and billing records.Perform ongoing data entry and reconciliation five days per week.Maintain confidentiality of all client, caregiver, payroll, and company information.
