En Mktideas Agency estamos buscando un talento ultra creativo para el diseño gráfico de producto y la presencia digital de un actual proyecto una nueva marca de lifestyle inspirada en el contraste del desierto, el océano y la cultura de Baja California Sur.

Responsabilidades

- Diseñar colecciones cápsula/drops de gorras y prendas textiles ( The Original, Pacific, Desert Racing, Links Club ).
- Crear mockups , parches, bordados 3D y gráficos estilo streetwear / motorsport vintage / surf culture .
- Crear y editar contenido visual y audiovisual en tendencia (Reels / TikToks) manejando la comunidad digital.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Portafolio sólido con proyectos de ropa, gorras, merch , tipografía/lettering o marcas lifestyle .
- Dominio de Illustrator, Photoshop y edición de video (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects).
- Ojo estético afilado, iniciativa propia y entendimiento del mercado urbano contemporáneo.

Streetwear Graphic Designer & Social Content Creator

Are you passionate about street culture,



merchandise design, limited-edition headwear, and creating dynamic social media content?

At Mktideas Agency , we're looking for an ultra-creative talent to lead product graphic design and direct the digital presence for a brand-new lifestyle brand inspired by the raw contrast of the desert, the ocean, and the vibrant culture of Baja California Sur.

Key Responsibilities

- Design capsule collections and drops for headwear and apparel ( The Original, Pacific, Desert Racing, Links Club ).
- Create high-end mockups, custom patches, 3D embroideries, and graphics blending streetwear , vintage motorsport , and surf culture aesthetics.
- Produce, edit, and publish trending short-form visual and video content (Reels / TikToks) while managing the online community.

What We're Looking For

- A strong portfolio showcasing apparel, headwear, merch, typography/lettering, or lifestyle brand projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
- A sharp aesthetic eye, proactive drive, and a deep understanding of contemporary urban culture.
