You will work on a backlog of active jobs, reading construction drawings ranging from minimal filing sets to 100% CD sets, and utilizing digital takeoff software (FastWRAP) alongside advanced Excel models. This is an adecuado position for Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, or Architects in Mexico with strong technical blueprint reading skills and extensive experience in MEP estimating, volume takeoffs, and cost modeling.100% Remote: Work from anywhere in Mexico directly for a U.Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST / NY Time).~ Professional Growth: Career development opportunities in US mechanical and specialty contractor operations.Read and interpret mechanical and plumbing (MEP) construction drawings to define scope requirements accurately.Perform precise quantity takeoffs for ductwork, piping, plumbing, and mechanical insulation (linear feet, square feet, surface areas).Utilize proprietary digital takeoff software (FastWRAP) to extract, organize, and calculate material quantities daily.Transfer takeoff quantities into internal Excel spreadsheets for pricing, cost modeling,
