Commercial Painting Estimator
to join a growing remote team supporting large multifamily construction projects throughout the United States. This role is idóneo for someone with extensive experience preparing accurate takeoffs and estimates for commercial painting projects, particularly apartment communities and other large residential developments.



You'll work independently to produce detailed estimates, review drawings and specifications, respond to project questions, and manage multiple bids simultaneously. If you have a strong understanding of commercial painting scopes, enjoy working with construction documents, and thrive in a fast-paced estimating environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial painting projects.
Estimate interior and exterior painting scopes for large multifamily apartment complexes and other commercial projects.
Utilize takeoff and estimating software such as Bluebeam, Revit, or similar industry-standard platforms.
Required Qualifications 7+ years of estimating experience supporting US commercial construction projects.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience estimating projects involving 250–400+ unit apartment com
