This role focuses on ensuring that suppliers' manufacturing processes are optimized for the production of high-quality, cost-effective products. What You'll Do Boost on the ground eyes and ears of Base Power throughout Mexico, ensuring on-time deliveries of quality parts and assemblies
Size-up suppliers to see if they are a cultural fit to work with Base on a long-term basis
Ensure suppliers are capable of scaling production without compromising quality.
Support the supplier qualification process, including auditing manufacturing facilities, production processes, and quality standards.
Commercial acumen to structure, negotiate,



and sustain win-win-win outcomes for Base, our partner, and our members in a B2B2C environment.
Analytical and data-driven mindset; SQL, dashboards, CRMs) and rolling up your sleeves when needed.

The Supplier Development team owns the scaling portion of our supply chain. Supplier Development Engineers owns the roadmap of a supplier's journey from pilot volumes to full-scale production.
