Improve tooling and software that comprises the Crunchtime Suite,



including potential Web UI, APIs, and other forms of integration between services.
Maximize throughput and minimize risk by using Pair Programming, TDD, CI/CD, and other DevOps best practices.
Use Jira, Slack, and Zoom to maintain high transparency and communicate effectively with your team and leadership.
Proficient in multiple programming languages, software development frameworks, and tools.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.
Experience with Agile methods and associated principles.
Strong focus on delivering quality results early and often.
Specific experience with Crunchtime tech (Java, Javascript, Python, SQL).
Experience with DevOps.
Expertise in and experience developing enterprise and web products at scale.
Experience with distributed systems, complex user interfaces or other challenging engineering problems.
