to design, build, and optimize complex marketing automation workflows and scalable multichannel solutions. This role requires strong expertise across marketing automation platforms to drive operational efficiency through systems integration,



ensuring accurate and high-volume campaign delivery, while stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling automation workflows across the marketing technology ecosystem.
Design, build, code, and deploy complex multi-step marketing journeys and automated workflows using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other marketing automation tools.
Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows, resolving failures in live campaigns and high-volume marketing operations.
Create and maintain advanced personalization logic using AMPscript, SSJS, and conditional content to improve customer experience and reduce manual processes.
