Meztal is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support recruiting activities across multiple teams.
This position focuses on the administrative, sourcing, and coordination components of the recruiting process, helping ensure open positions are effectively managed and qualified candidates are routed to the appropriate hiring leaders.The idóneo candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing candidate information, coordinating recruiting activities, and maintaining consistent processes.
