07 Sep ****, ******We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to support and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) within a global logistics environment.
This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of WMS applications, particularly Blue Yonder/JDA solutions, while collaborating with global IT and business teams.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher- Manage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware)- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systems- Collaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams, and external vendors- Support implementation and optimization of warehouse systems- Act as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutions- Ensure system performance, stability,



and high-quality operations- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by managementEducation and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field- Hands-on experience with WMS configuration and infrastructure support- Knowledge of MOCA, DDA, and JDA Integrator- Strong knowledge of SQL- Experience working with ticketing/support systemsMinimal Work Experience:- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher- Proven experience in the following areas:- WMS infrastructure support- WMS configuration- MOCA / DDA development- JDA Integrator- Experience working with SQL and Oracle databasesDSV – Integral transport and logistics#J-*****-Ljbffr
