A Snapshot of YourDayAs a Senior LogisticsController, you will be responsible for execution control across inbound andoutbound logistics flows, ensuring ICC/ICB, GR/IR, and inventory processes areproperly executed and financial impacts are accurately reflected in the ERP.
This role combinesstrong controllership fundamentals, including balance sheet, inventory, andcompliance controls, with hands-on partnership with Operations to identify rootcauses, drive corrective actions, and establish sustainable control routines.How You'll Make an Impact- Provide dedicated regional ownership tomonitor and drive adherence to ICC/ICB and logistics finance processes inLATAM.
- Reduce recurring execution gaps that createdownstream corrections, manual clean-up, and increased control/complianceexposure.
- Increase pricing execution reliability forLATAM logistics flows by ensuring correct application of relevant priceconditions/adders in ICC/ICB scenarios and reducing downstream re-pricing andcredit/debit note activity.
- Improve GR/IR hygiene (ageing, mismatches,root-cause resolution) and ensure timely follow-up with operations and sharedservices (GBS/CG).
- Strengthen inventory controls(reconciliations, cycle count follow-up, stock ageing/slow movers, ownershipand valuation alignment) and enable reliable regional reporting.
- Strengthen financial control over repairworkshop activities impacting the region (repair cost recognition vsrecovery/claims, invoicing/PO backlog visibility, scrap, and productivity) andsubcontracting repair management.What you Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, BusinessAdministration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.




- Senior controllership experience in Logistics / SupplyChain Finance with a strong balance sheet control mindset.
- Proven experience managing operational financeprocesses in complex regional environments.
- Ability to act as a Finance partner for Operations,driving issue resolution and sustainable improvements.
- Hands-on experience with ICC/ICB execution processes,including end-to-end execution monitoring, process adherence controls,intercompany flow validation, and logistics cost treatment and governance.
- Experience ensuring accurate pricing execution forintercompany transactions, including logistics adders and mark-ups whereapplicable.
- Ability to identify and resolve root causes related tomaster data issues, pricing conditions, and process deviations.
- Strong experience managing GR/IR processes, includingageing analysis, unmatched item resolution, root-cause identification, andpreventive control routines.
- Strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred), with ability toanalyze postings, document flows, and data extracts.
- Experience building dashboards, trackers, and KPIreports to monitor operational and financial performance.About the TeamThe Logistics Controlling team supports business operations by ensuring strong financial governance, process compliance,
